You have 24 hours after arrival time to contact us about any DOAs, if you can provide valid proof that your shipment arrived dead, you will be refunded or sent a re shipment of the product you orderdat no extra cost to you. Faliure to report DOAs within the 24 hour period will result in the option for a refund being void.

All roaches are shipped in containers filled with eggcrate , winterized packaging will be provided at no extra cost should it be deemed neccesary. We are unable to ship roaches to Forida Tennessee or Hawaii.
