  1. Why are you unable to ship to my location?

    • We are unable to ship certain non native species to places with laws barring us from doing so, we also may be unable to ship due to weather conditions. ​

  2. Why do you not have an actual store location?​​

    • Due to the  fact that this business is run by two individuals, as more of a side project than anything, we do not have a full location.​​

  3. How long will my order take to arrive?

    • Due to the fact that we are shipping live animals and insects, we use one day express shipping on all orders,  ​so your order will always arrive in two business days or less.

  4. How do I know if I have everything I need to care for my new animal? 

    • You can visit tat animals respective page on our website, they contain detailed guides on how to care for them and what you will need.​

  5. I want to get *insert exotic animal here* as a gift for a child. Will it be a good fit? 

    • We strongly advise against getting exotic animals for children as they are a lot more responsibility and need a lot more specialized care than your typical dog or cat. We recommend that you wait until the child is at least 13 to get them their own exotic.​ However introducing them to one of your own at an eary age never hurts.
